Water Bond / Gravel Placement - Clean, compacted gravel layer ensures drainage and stable load distribution.

Foundation Placement 5ft × 5ft precast foundation - high strength concrete with steel reinforcement — featuring a central hollow pocket for column insertion. Craned in, laser-leveled.

Column Placement & Grouting - Precast columns craned into position, aligned, and locked with high-strength grout.

Grouting & Backfilling - All joints fully grouted. Controlled backfill restores ground stability.

Plinth & Subflooring - Precast plinth beams and insulated subfloor panels installed — underground conduits pre-embedded, level and ready for wall erection.

Wall Panel Insertion & Bracing - Crane-lifted sandwich wall panels (with pre-installed plumbing, electrical, window cutouts, and door frames) slotted in and braced.

Roof Installation - Precast roof slabs or trusses craned in, sealed, and weatherproofed
